As per reports of various Employees Unions, the anomalies of "increment for those who were getting their increment between February and June" and the "new recruit getting higher pay" are expected to be reconsidered again.
I think the best solutions are:
1. The pay as on 01.01.2006 shound be fixed at the minimum entry pay wherever it is less than the minimum entry pay for the post.
2. An extra increment should be given to those employees whose date of increment prior to 6th CPC was between the month of FEBRUARY and JUNE.
