1. LEVEL
13A HAS BEEN MERGED WITH LEVEL 14 |

will be 0 (Nil) with effect from 01/01/2026 |

3. HRA
is expected to have three slabs- 24%, 16%, 8% with effect from 01/01/2026,
will increase to 27%, 19%, 11% after DA crosses 25% and will increase to 30%,
22%, 14% after DA crosses 50% |

4. TA is
expected to have three slabs of 12,000/-, 6000/-, 3000/- + applicable DA |
||||||||||
|
5.
FITMENT FACTOR IS EXPECTED TO BE 1.75 UNDER 8th PAY COMMISSION |
||||||||||
|
6.
MACP-I, II, III is expected after 8, 16, 24 years of service. |
||||||||||
|
7. For
calculating new Basic Pay under 8th Pay Commission, multiply Basic Pay as per
7th CPC as on 01/01/2026 by 1.75 and fix in the cell equal to or in nearest
higher cell. The New Basic Pay will be fixed in the corresponding Pay Level,
although the New Basic Pay may fall in the next Pay Level but the Pay Level will
remain the same until the incumbent gets promoted to a higher post or till
s/he is granted the next MACP. |
